For the spelt pan with lentils, cook the spelt with twice as much water and some soup seasoning until al dente.

Meanwhile, chop the vegetables and sauté the onion in the coconut oil. Gradually add the rest of the vegetables and sauté briefly.

When the spelt is soft, add to the vegetables and sauté as well. Rinse the lentils and warm them briefly.

Season the spelt pan with lentils with salt and herbs and serve while still warm.
