Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Strain and rinse with cold water. Heat olive oil in a pan, add spaghetti, stir well. Grate Parmesan cheese and coarsely chop pine nuts. Add pesto, parmesan and pine nuts on top of spaghetti. Preparation tomato nut pesto:Cut tomatoes into small cubes and puree finely with the garlic cloves using a blender. Crush the hazelnuts in a mortar and add to the tomato paste. Slowly stir in the olive oil. Blend everything well until you have a creamy paste. Wash, dry and finely chop the basil leaves. Finely chop the parsley. Stir in basil and parsley and season with pepper. Let stand at least 2 hours before serving.
