For the spaghetti carbonara, first chop the onion and sauté in oil in a pot. Squeeze the garlic cloves and add them.

Add the bacon cubes and stir everything well and let it sizzle. Add the beef broth and whisk some of the whipped cream with cornflour in a mug.

Add the rest of the whipped cream to the pot and stir in the contents of the bowl. Bring to the boil and in the meantime whisk the egg in the bowl and mix it as well.

Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley. Serve with cooked spaghetti and enjoy.
