Instructions:

Mix all ingredients vigorously in a food processor until dough bubbles. Let rest for 1/2 hour. Then mix again briefly.

Press the dough through the spaetzle press and into boiling salted water. When the spaetzle come to the surface, give it another short time and then fish them out.

Using a ladle, transfer to a suitable bowl of hot salted water. The water should taste a little salty.

Then serve immediately.
