Instructions:

Knead together flour, butter, sugar, salt and egg yolks and as much white wine as the dough will take. Leave to rest in a cool place for 1 hour. Roll out the dough 1/2 cm thick, wheel out 10x5cm rectangles and cut them twice in the middle. Pull the strips into each other and fry in hot shortening until golden brown. Drain and sprinkle with powdered sugar while still hot.
