A bean recipe for every taste:
Sort out sloes, rinse, dry and pierce a few times. Layer with the sugar in clean bottles, seal. Steep for one night.
Form 1/2 slit vanilla bean and 2 coffee beans in each bottle. Pour on vodka, seal. Leave to infuse at room temperature for 8 weeks, shaking occasionally.
Then pour through a sieve lined with paper towels and repeatedly pour the liqueur into bottles.
