Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients of the filling. Knead the ingredients for the dough and form a ball. With a rolling pin roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 millimeters. Cut out circles with a ramekin of 9cm diameter. Brush the edge with water. Place a teaspoon of filling in the center and fold. Place the filled pastry hats on the baking sheet and cook in the oven preheated to 200°C for about 20-30 minutes.After baking, dust with powdered sugar.
