For the whipped blueberry yogurt, mix the yolks, powdered sugar, curd cheese and yogurt in a bowl and fold in the blueberries with lemon juice. Pour the mixture into ovenproof dessert bowls and chill in the refrigerator for 2 – 3 hours. Beat egg whites until stiff and add granulated sugar and vanilla sugar and continue beating until a cut remains visible with a knife. Pipe the beaten egg whites onto the yogurt mixture using a piping bag or spoon and bake in a preheated oven ( approx. 210° ) for approx. 10 minutes under supervision. Chill the flamed blueberry yogurt again before serving.
