Chop the garlic finely, the onion coarsely. Flour and onions in a bag form and shake heartily.
Heat the oil and fry the onions until crisp. Take out. Roast the garlic briefly without it turning brown. Extinguish with water and add the peanut butter. Simmer over low heat, stirring, until it thickens to a creamy consistency. Remove from heat and add the juice of one lemon, sugar, soy sauce and Trassi. If necessary, dilute with a little water and reheat. Season with salt if necessary. Serve and sprinkle with the onions.
