Salmon Quiche with Broccoli

Instructions:

Knead all dough ingredients together until smooth, refrigerate for 1 hour. For the filling, mix Bresso, sour cream or crème fraiche, eggs and spices.

Roll out the dough and line a quiche dish with it, pressing firmly at the edges. Prick a few times with a fork.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C (gas: level 3). Pre-bake the dough in the heated oven for 10 minutes.

Spread the broccoli florets and the salmon slices evenly on the dough and pour the cream cheese mixture over them. Bake for another 30 minutes at the same heat.
