Separate the apples from the skin, remove the core and cut the apples into small rings. Cut the Roquefort into small slices.
Toast the graham bread, spread with butter, start with the apple rings, then cover with the Roqüfort slices.
Sprinkle the toasts with the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
