For the Toffifee cake, separate eggs and beat egg whites until stiff. Mix yolks with sugar until creamy, add peanut butter, Nutella and oil and stir well.
Stir in the hazelnuts, flour and baking powder, then carefully fold in the snow and pour the batter into a greased and floured springform pan (24 cm).
Bake the Toffifee cake in the oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat for approx. 45 minutes.
