Pumpkin with salt and very little water in a closed saucepan until soft. Now crush and cool a little bit. Mix the eggs with Parmesan and almond kernels and mix with the pumpkin puree and a tablespoon of butter. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Butter small flan molds and pour in the pumpkin mixture. Cook the Kruebisflan in the oven heated to 175 °C on medium heat in a bain-marie for about 20 minutes. (Check the cooking point with a kitchen knife. If nothing sticks to the knife, the pumpkin flan is ready). Turn out the flan from the ramekins and serve it as an accompaniment to roast meat or with tomato sauce.
