For the plum puff pastry, remove the puff pastry from the package and cut into 5 equal squares.
Spread 1 tablespoon of Powidl on each square.
Stone the plums, cut in half and place 2 halves on each piece.
Mix granulated sugar with yolk and cinnamon, coat the puff pastry with cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Bake in the oven at 180 °C top-bottom heat for about 15-20 minutes. Let the plum puff pastry cool down.
