Instructions:

For the pepper steaks, cut the beef fillet into 8 narrow slices. Drain the pepper and chop coarsely.

Spread steaks thinly with mustard on one side only. Season with marjoram and sprinkle with green pepper.

Lightly smooth and marinate until meat is grilled. Grill pepper steaks on broiler at high temperature for 2 min. on each side.
