1. cook the spaghetti in enough salted water al dente on the stove. Drain and allow to drain. Drain the mozzarella properly, then cut into slices. Grease a gratin dish and preheat the oven to 200° Celsius.
Roughly chop the tomatoes. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil and lightly roll the tomatoes with the juice as well as the juice of one lemon over medium heat. Season with salt and pepper.
Meanwhile, finely chop the anchovies and olives. Break up the tuna with a fork. In a second saucepan, heat the remaining olive oil and add the fish mixture. 4.
Spread some tomato sauce on the bottom of the gratin dish and place the pasta on top. Spread the fish mixture on top and cover with the remaining tomato sauce. Top with the mozzarella and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Tip: Lemons add a fresh touch to dishes. Consciously choose ripe, rich yellow lemons!
