Try this delicious pasta dish:
a little bit of flour
Select spinach, rinse, collapse in 2 portions in order in 4 liters of boiling hot water. Pour into colander, steam out. Remove peel from shallot and garlic, cut into tiny cubes, mix with salt, make in the whipping cream for 5 minutes. Rub meat with salt and pepper. Mix egg, parmesan and flakes with 3 tbsp water. Cream the butter in the frying pan. Turn cutlets one at a time in flour and egg on other side, place in hot fat and fry 5 min. each side. Squeeze spinach, loosen and heat in the whipped cream. Serve with pine nuts.
Serve with green ribbon noodles or perhaps mashed potatoes. For wine, an Italian Chianti is pleasant.
