For the pancakes, separate the eggs and whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Put the remaining ingredients for the batter together in a bowl and mix well.
Then fold into the beaten egg whites. Now heat oil in a pan and put a blob of the batter in the pan and let it stiffen briefly.
Then put a teaspoon of Nutella in the middle, cover with some batter and turn the pancake. Repeat until the batter is used up.
