Peel and slice onions, clean, rinse and slice oyster mushrooms, rinse and chop parsley.

Roast, add onion rings and roast a little bit. Add the mushrooms, season with caraway seeds, marjoram, chopped parsley, salt and pepper and steam, if necessary add a little beef broth or water. Mix the flour with the sour cream and stir into the mushrooms, let it boil once and then remove from the fire.

Before serving, put on the four fried eggs. Oyster mushrooms have an exceptionally fine aroma and are therefore exceptionally appreciated by mushroom lovers.

Our tip: use a deliciously spicy bacon for a delicious touch!
