Instructions:

Roughly dice the fennel. Peel the orange and remove the fruit segments so that all skin is removed and roughly dice. Peel the kiwi and cut into cubes. Mix the 3 ingredients with hazelnut puree, dextrose and apple juice in a hand mixer.

Divide ice cubes evenly among glasses, pour the pureed juice over them and fill up with mineral water.
