To prepare, two oranges are cut into 1 cm slices and then quartered. If the fruit is untreated, the peel can be used, otherwise the fruit must be peeled. The oranges are now put into one l of boiling water, to which 150 grams of freshly picked dandelion flowers and about 1 to 1.5 kilos of cane sugar are added. Everything together must bubble gently for about 20 minutes with continuous stirring.
Attention: The cooking time and the amount of sugar vary. The important thing is that the quantity becomes nice and creamy. Take a spoonful of honey before each meal.
