Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
Briefly roast millet flakes, melt the butter in it. Stir flour with milk, salt and paprika powder and swell for 15 min. Halve the onions and cut into slices. Remove seeds from chili and finely dice.
Quarter peppers, clean, cut diagonally into pieces. Clean mushrooms, cut into quarters. Sauté onions in half of the oil, add mushrooms and chili and cook for 5 minutes with closed lid.
Grate potatoes, add bell pepper pieces and clear soup, cook for 10 minutes. Stir the egg and millet into the flour. Bake 3 cookies per unit in the remaining oil for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Chop the parsley and fold into the vegetables. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika and serve with the cookies.
