For the meatballs, soak graham crackers in water and squeeze well. Peel and finely chop onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry onion until light blond.

Mix all ingredients well, season to taste. Use a hamburger press to form patties and fry in hot oil on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
