For the marzipan apples, cut marzipan into small pieces and knead with powdered sugar and yolks.
Mix the raisins and almonds, stir in a little rum and leave to stand for 1/2 hour.
Then knead with marzipan and cut into four equal parts.
Form each quarter into a ball. Cut apples in half, cut out the core and some flesh.
Sprinkle apple halves with lemon juice and fill each with a ball of marzipan, top with flaked almonds and butter flakes.
Bake the marzipan apples in the preheated oven at 180°C convection oven for 20 minutes.
