Instructions:

For the liver pate, mix all ingredients and mince twice. Then let the mince roast well.

Pour the warm mixture into heat-resistant jars, allow to cool and then seal. Steam cook the liver pâté in the jars at 80° C for 1 1/2 hours.

The liver pâté should then be removed from the pot only after 1-2 days, but can then be enjoyed immediately.
