Season the chicken breast fillets with salt, season with pepper, unwrap with bacon, fry briefly in a frying pan with oil. Cook in a heated oven at 200 °C on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 20 minutes. Peel kohlrabi, cut into 1 cm thick sticks. Brown sugar in a saucepan, add butter, add kohlrabi sticks. Fill up with hot clear soup, open for 8 to 10 minutes. Chop herbs and add after 6 minutes. Season the vegetables with salt, pepper and vinegar. Serve chicken breast fillets with the kohlrabi vegetables. Bon appétit!
