For the dumpling stew, first prepare the dumplings. For the dumplings, mix everything into a thick dough. Peel and chop the onion and fry in oil.
Add the finely chopped chicken breast, sauté, add water, salt and pepper. Cover and let it steam for a while, then add the finely chopped tomatoes, peppers and zuccini and continue to steam.
Add the dumplings and cook uncovered for about 10 minutes. Finally whisk whipping cream with flour and stir in. Bring to the boil, arrange and serve.
