Carefully rinse the kitchen herbs and chop them very finely. Finely dice the peeled shallot and crush the peeled garlic cloves.

Put all the ingredients in a freezer bag and knead them well in the bag. Then put the butter in the refrigerator for 2 hours and then form a roll.

Herb butter goes well with steaks, grilled meat or simply on fresh bread.
