For the ham and cheese strudel, unfold the 2 pieces of strudel sheets and brush with melted butter.
Then cover each 2/3 with the ham and spread the spreadable Emmentaler on the ham sheets. Season with pepper and oregano to taste and roll up.
Mix the grated cheese with the paprika powder and spread the strudel again with butter and spread the cheese on top.
Bake the ham and cheese strudel at 200°C for about 10 minutes.
