Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!
Rinse the potatoes and cook in a little salted water for 20 minutes.
Rinse the meat briefly after it has cooled down and dry it well with kitchen roll. Cut onions into slices. Cut mushrooms into quarters.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Roast meat in it for about 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and keep warm.
Roast onions and mushrooms in the frying fat until golden brown. Extinguish both with soup. Mix in some vegetable binder and let it bubble up. Season the sauce with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Serve steak with mushrooms and potatoes.
