Mu-Err mushrooms rinse and make in sufficient water 15 min. Cook long grain rice according to package instructions.

In the meantime, clean mushrooms and oyster mushrooms, perhaps rinse. Cut mushrooms into narrow slices, oyster mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Remove peel from onion and cut into rings. Remove peel from carrots and cut into sticks. Clean the leek and rinse thoroughly. Then cut into strips.

Mu-Err mushrooms in a sieve and drain. Cut off the drained mushrooms. Peel and finely dice garlic. Heat rapeseed oil in a large frying pan and sauté garlic. Add vegetables and mushrooms and sauté on all sides. Season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley and coriander.
