Acidify the fish fillet with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Finely dice the tomatoes and coarsely chop the parsley. Place the fish in a baking dish and top with the tomatoes. Sprinkle the herbs on top. Add a pinch of Parmesan cheese and cook in the oven at 175°C for 20 minutes.
