Sprinkle the buds with salt and let them rest for about 3 hours.
Then heat the vinegar and boil the buds in it briefly. Strain the flowers. Bring the vinegar to the boil again.
Fill the buds together with the vinegar into screw jars and close them.
After 1 week, boil the vinegar again and then add to the flowers.
Store in a dark and cool place.
