Tuna with Garlic Puree

Remove peel from potatoes, rinse and boil in salted water for about 20 min. Remove the peel from the onions and chop them.

Mix vinegar, 1-2 tbsp pepper, salt, water and a little bit of sugar, add 1 tsp oil. Clean, rinse and quarter the tomatoes.

Clean, rinse and chop the arugula. Mix all salad ingredients with the marinade.

Remove the peel from the garlic. Cut half of it into slices. Rinse and dry tuna. Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry fish in it for 2-3 min. per side.
