Instructions:

Infuse flowers with tartaric acid and lemon slices in a cool place for at least 24 hours.

Then strain and boil with the sugar and fill into bottles while still hot and seal well.

The elder juice gets a special taste if you use whole cane sugar instead of beet sugar.
