Remove peel from potatoes and onions and cut into rings/slices cut zucchini into slices fry mince.
Layer minced meat, potatoes, zucchini, onions and cheese in a greased gratin dish. In between sprinkle (very) hearty with Fondor.
Whip cream until stiff and spread over the whole.
Bake at 170-180 °C (convection oven) for 50 minutes.
Tip: The flesh of young, small zucchini is much more tender than that of larger ones.
