For the dumplings, first prepare the dough. To do this, knead the ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
In the meantime, dice the kohlrabi, potatoes and meat.
Roll out the prepared dough and cut out circles about 23 cm in size. Spread the ingredients on one half of the dough, season it and put some butter on it. Moisten the corners for a better grip, fold them and press them tightly.
Prick the surface of the dumplings several times with a fork. Brush the pockets with egg and bake at about 200°C for about 15 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for another 30-40 minutes.
Remove the finished dumplings from the oven and enjoy hot.
