For Domoda cut the chicken, salt, fry in hot oil until hot (about 15 minutes) and remove. Sauté chopped onions, peeled tomatoes and tomato paste in it for 15 minutes.
Sauté peeled and diced potato and carrots briefly. Put chicken parts back in and add about 1 liter of water.
Add spices and peanut butter and simmer until sauce thickens nicely. Serve domoda with rice.
