Instructions:

For the coconut dream, preheat the oven to 180 ºC hot air.

Beat eggs, salt and sugar until fluffy. Fold in flour. Spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper to a height of about 1 cm and bake for about 20 minutes.

Let cool and make circles with a cookie cutter.

For the buttercream, cream butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Stick two sponge cake slices together with the cream and spread cream on all sides. Roll in coconut flakes.

Stick a small meringue cookie on the finished coconut dream with a little cream.
