For the coconut cake, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites. Beat yolks with sugar until foamy. Melt the margarine and slowly melt the white chocolate, stirring constantly.
Now add the chocolate mixture to the yolk-sugar mixture. Stir in the coconut flakes, baking powder and vanilla sugar alternately with the coconut milk.
Finally, lightly fold in the beaten egg white. Bake at 180 °C in a greased, floured baking pan (20 cm) for about 50 minutes.
After cooling, cover the cake with white chocolate, you can also take glaze, and sprinkle evenly with coconut flakes.
