A bean recipe for every taste:
Cut the cabbage leaves in half, cut leaf veins flat. Pre-cook in boiling salted water for 3 min, rinse, lay out and dry. Cut onions into narrow rings, peppers into fine cubes.
Saute onions and peppers with the sprouts for 3 min in half the fat until soft. Season with salt, pepper and with half of the soy sauce.
Season cabbage leaves with salt, top with vegetables, roll up and pin with toothpick.
Steam with the other half of the fat and the remaining soy sauce with closed lid for 10 min. at low temperature, turn to the other side in between.
Serve with sweet and spicy chili sauce from a jar.
