For the chanterelle dumpling rösti, chop the onion and sauté in butter until translucent.
Then add the cleaned and chopped chanterelles and sauté until hot.
Cut the bread dumplings into small pieces and add them. Fry them as well.
Then add the beaten eggs to the pan and fry until the egg mixture sets.
