For the blackberry fruit puff pastry, roll up the dough and cut into 10 squares. For the filling, whisk Qimiq until smooth and add egg yolks, powdered sugar, lemon zest and vanilla sugar.

Stir in the curd cheese and add the melted butter. Spread 1 tablespoon of filling on each piece of dough and place 3 blackberries on top, pressing them together in the center. Brush with whisked yolk milk and bake the blackberry fruit puff pastry at 180 degrees until golden brown.
