So, the process is actually always on the spot:
First, mix the dry ingredients thoroughly in a medium sized baking bowl. Stir the wet ingredients in another bowl and then carefully stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients so that all the dry ingredients are wet (i.e. there are still lumps in the dough). By the way, with the wet ingredients, the egg is always beaten first and mixed a little, then the other things are added. Grease the cavities in the baking tray, fill with dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. After 10 minutes, “eat up”.
Attention: If fruit is included, first stir the ingredients dry and wet together and then carefully fold in the fruit!!!!!
