Cut the beef into 3cm cubes. Soften the corn on the cob in water with sugar and salt, then cut into 3cm slices. On a skewer, alternate beef, mushroom and hominy.
Mix a marinade of honey, sunflower oil or other vegetable oil, paprika powder, salt and pepper and pour it over the skewers. Leave the skewers with the marinade for about half an hour, then drain and grill.
