First, mix all the ingredients for the grilled bread and knead with a food processor for 3 minutes slowly and 5 minutes quickly.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Then divide into 8 pieces, work round and let rest briefly. Shape each piece into an oblong patty. Brush both sides with olive oil, cover and let rise again for a few minutes.
Place on the grill, not too hot, and grill on both sides for 1-2 minutes each and serve.
