Preheat the oven to 190°C.
For the banana slices with QimiQ, remove the short pastry from the refrigerator. Unroll the shortcrust pastry on the baking paper on the baking tray, prick several times with a fork or roll over the pastry with a pinch roller, bake for approx. 10 – 15 minutes and allow to cool.
Stir the QimiQ Vanilla until smooth, mash the peeled bananas with a fork. Mix the sugar and lemon juice with the QimiQ Vanilla. Fold in the whipped cream and spread the cream onto the shortcrust base.
For the chocolate icing, melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave on a low setting, stir in the QimiQ Vanilla and use to coat the banana slices, chill and cut into slices before serving.
