Dilute the whipped cream with the water. Mix the pudding powder and the saffron in a cup, add the frutilose and stir everything together with a little bit of cream mixture until smooth.

Heat the remaining whipped cream-water mixture. Add the vanilla pulp and whisk in the mixed custard powder. Allow everything to bubble up while stirring continuously. Add the curd cheese and serve the dessert warm.
