Instructions:

For baked mice, mix sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs in a food processor. Add curd cheese, then add flour and baking powder.

Heat oil in a deep pan about 3 cm, cut out dumplings with a tablespoon (not too big) and fry in the oil until golden brown.

Drain well on baking paper and let cool. Sprinkle baked mice with powdered sugar before serving.
