Homemade baby food – First complementary food

For the fennel porridge, wash the fennel, remove the stalk and cut into slices.

Cook in a pot with a little water over low heat until soft. Drain and collect the cooking water. Puree with a hand blender, add a little more vegetable cooking water if desired and stir the canola oil into the fennel porridge.
